How It Works:

• Deposit: $150 (non-refundable, applied to final balance)
• Processing Date: March/April 2026
• Expected Live Weight: 250-300 pounds (half pig)
• Expected Hanging Weight: 90-110 pounds
• Final Price: $5.50 per pound hanging weight
• Balance Due: Prior to pickup based on actual hanging weight provided by butcher

• Estimated Final Cost: $495-$605 (including deposit)
• Estimated Take-Home Meat: 63-77 pounds of packaged pork*

*Take-home weight is approximately 70% of hanging weight after processing, fat trimming, and bone removal.
